The Fargo Moorhead Area REALTORS® (FMR) has named its 2021 REALTOR® of the Year. This award recognizes a REALTOR® who has made proven contributions to the real estate industry through both personal and professional achievement and outstanding volunteerism.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices (BHHS) Premier Properties real estate agent, Amber Carlton, is this year’s recipient. Amber has dedicated her impressive career to exemplifying leadership at the local, state and national levels. She is a true example of a REALTOR® who goes well beyond the call of duty.
In her career, Amber’s focus is to continue to better herself and those around her. Since joining FMR in 2016 she has held a committee position every year and continually is growing her volunteer portfolio at the local and state level. Her real estate committee and board involvement at the local, state and national level shows how she values this profession and strives to be the best real estate agent and advocate for her clients.
Amber also takes time to give back to the community, in which she serves, by giving of her time and money to The Sunshine Kids Foundation, which helps local kids with cancer, the Salvation Army REALTOR® Ring Day and countless other charities.
Maureen Bartelt
Maureen Bartelt, Broker and Real Estate Agent, at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Premier Properties was elected as the Vice President of the Fargo Moorhead REALTORS® (FMR). As Vice President she is a member of the Executive Committee and Leadership Team and is responsible for oversight of the FMR. As part of the Leadership Team, Maureen is a key representative of the organization, involved in all decisions and future planning.
After completing this term, Maureen will become President-Elect and will then be President the following year.
